At MANVIC, we stand behind the quality and performance of every grooming essential we create. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on used grooming devices or opened personal care products.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders > Return Items.

  • Select the item you wish to return and follow the step-by-step process.

  • Alternatively, you can email support@getmanvic.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once submitted, our team will review and confirm the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@getmanvic.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right — fast.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order.
